At Escribo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Escribo account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unused and resalable condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
